How to Managed of Good Government

To manage good governance, we need to fix the government. To eradicate or resolve the corruption of officials who misuse their authority. Eradicate corruption if the government isn't in our country wouldn't be good. And then to be a good government, we need the welfare of her citizens, namely to provide a good service, good facilities and infrastructure as well.

So that people become comfortable and happy. And also can meet the needs of the people that are needed by all communities. If people feel comfortable, his needs can be met and became prosperous society then it is possible for the better of our government and our government was successful welfare of its citizens.

Konflik antara Penjual Pakaian dengan Konsumen

Dari pengalaman yg saya alami, saya pernah mengalami konflik dengan penjual pakaian di salah satu toko. Pada saat saya membeli pakaian di toko tersebut saya, saya sudah mengecek pakaian tersebut dengan teliti. Saya pun akhirnya membeli baju tersebut dan saya menanyakan kepada penjual apakah barang tersebut seandainya ada yang cacat apa boleh ditukar? Dan penjual tersebut mengatakan "Ya". Setelah sampai di rumah saya pun melihat baju itu lagi ternyata ada jahitan yang tidak sesuai sehingga kalau dipaksa dipakai takut robek. Saya pun kembali ke toko tersebut dan meminta ganti baju tersebut degan baju yang baru. Tetapi penjual itu mengatakan tidak bisa ditukar padahal sebelumnya si penjual mengatakan kalau bisa ditukar. Saya pun tetap meminta ganti karena baju tersebut cacat dan penjual itu pun tetap tidak mau dan saya di tinggal pergi. Saya pun tetap meminta ganti pada si penjual. Setelah beberapa menit akhirnya penjual tersebut bersedia untuk menukar dengan yang baru dengan wajah kesal. Setelah itu saya langsung meninggalkan toki itu dan berjanji tidak akan.membeli kembali baju di toko tersebut.

Analisis :
Menurut saya, tindakan yang dilakukan oleh penjual sangatlah tidak baik. Karena tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan awal. Dalam etika bisnis seharusnya konsumen dilayani degan baik dan ramah. Membuat konsumen puas dengan produk yang kita jual. Sehingga konsumen bisa percaya pada toko tersebut dan bisa membeli kembali produknya.

Contoh Kasus Kecurangan Perusahaan Parkir

Dari pengalaman saya, yang saya alami. Saya pernah merasakan kecurangan perusahaan parkir di Plaza Kalibata. Setiap saya berkunjung ke mall tersebut saya parkir di basement dan perjam nya dikenakan Rp. 2000,-. Setelah saya masuk mall kemudia. Saya berbelanja tidak sampai 3 jam di mall tersebut. Ketika saya ke tempat parkiran dan saya pun keluar untuk membayar parkir. Pada saat itu saya langsung dikenakan biaya parkir sebesar Rp. 6000,-. Dan saya pun kaget karna saya tidak lama di dalam mall tersebut, karena saya tidak mau antrian belakang menunggu saya pun membayar nya. Dan setiap saya kesana selalu parkir nya mahal.  Berikut kecurangan yang saya temui :

1. Monitor komputer sengaja dibuat tidak jelas kelihatan baik berupa flicker ataupun kedip-kedip.
2. Petugasnya ada dua. Yang satu duduk di depan komputer untuk input data yang satu lagi melihat struck parkir tanpa di cek oleh komputer.
3. Setelan waktu dipintu masuk dan dipintu keluar ada selisih kurang lebih 10 – 15 menit bahkan lebih.

Analisis : 

Menurut saya, management building sudah seharusnya menindak praktek-praktek tersebut bahkan dapat pula dengan mengakhiri kontrak kerjasama dengan perusahaan parkir tersebut. Pengaruhnya kan membuat citra Mal itu makin buruk, apalagi sekarang ini pusat-pust perbelanjaan berlomba-lomba promosi memikat pengunjung. Bukan dengan adanya praktek tersebut malah membuat pekerjaan anda (Management Building) akan sia-sia saja. Sehingga para pengunjung enggan untuk memarkirkan kendaraannya di mall tersebut.
